At Thrive Kids Dentistry, we believe in the power of collaboration because building an authentic connection creates trust. As a board certified pediatric practice serving Edmonds and Shoreline, there’s nothing we value more than establishing trust, clarity, and confidence with each child and parent in our care. We’re on the same team, and we want to grow with you and your child as we garner a lasting foundation for their oral health. Whether it’s navigating your little one’s daily dental routine, making meaningful doctor-patient relationships, or learning from one another, we’re so much better together!
With native roots in Southern California, Dr. Christie grew up globally nurtured and has lived everywhere from the Philippines to Philadelphia. She attended undergrad at the University of Virginia where she discovered her love for pediatric dentistry. She went on to become a Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Pursuing her dream of becoming a board-certified pediatric dentist, she completed her pediatric residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Expanding her wealth of knowledge and staying at the forefront of her industry, she’s a founding member of the Airway, Sleep, and Pediatrics Pathway, ambassador of The Breathe Institute, and graduate of Tongue-Tied Academy.
For Dr. Christie, following her passion led to her purpose. Visionary and founder of Thrive Kids Dentistry, she’s thrilled to provide a pediatric dental practice in Edmonds that’s powered by the voices of parents and kids. As a mother herself, she meets families where they’re at, lends a generous listening ear to their needs, and partners with them to give their children the customized and compassionate care they deserve. She loves getting to know the kids she treats, learning what makes them light up, and developing sincere friendships with parents.
On her days and evenings outside of the office, Dr. Christie cherishes being a mom and making quality memories with her husband and her adorable son. You can also find her staying active on the tennis courts, practicing hot yoga, and swimming. Dr. Christie embraces growth and is continually honing her talents and personal development to better serve others.
